• Partial payments or offers (e.g., "Book with Ease") may be subject to additional terms.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made within the specified free cancellation window will not incur charges.
• Some services may have a 0% cancellation charge — this will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
• Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process.

3. Travel Documents

• Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification, travel permits, passports, and visas (if required).
• Travelbudie is not responsible for delays or issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.

4. Service Modifications

• Travelbudie reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
• In the case of changes, equivalent alternatives will be offered when possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Travelbudie shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, or delay due to acts of God, government actions, or third-party service providers.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
