These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use travelbudie.com or book travel services with Travelbudie Tour and Travels Private Limited ("Travelbudie", "we", "us").

By using our website or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings and payments

Bookings must be made through our official website, phone, WhatsApp, or authorized agents only.
Prices are subject to availability and may change until payment is confirmed.
A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it in writing (email, WhatsApp, or invoice) and receive the required payment or deposit.
Special offers, partial payments, or "Book with Ease" plans may have additional conditions shown at the time of booking.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and traveller details.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the package, supplier rules, and how close the departure date is. Applicable charges will be shared before or at the time of booking.
Free or low-cost cancellation, where offered, applies only within the window stated in your booking confirmation.
Refunds, when eligible, are usually processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, minus any bank or gateway charges where applicable.
No refund is payable for unused services, late arrival, early departure, or missed activities due to the customer's own reasons unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Travel documents and eligibility

You must carry valid ID, permits, passports, visas, and health documents required for your trip.
Travelbudie is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or delays caused by missing, invalid, or incorrect documents.
Some tours have age, fitness, or medical requirements. You must confirm you meet them before travelling.

5. Itinerary changes

Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, safety, government orders, or operational reasons beyond our control.
Where possible, we will offer a reasonable alternative of similar value. If a major change is required, we will discuss options with you.
Third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, local operators) may also change schedules or services according to their own policies.

6. Your responsibilities

Follow local laws, guide instructions, and safety advice during your trip.
Do not engage in unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour that affects other travellers or staff.
Any damage caused by you to property, vehicles, or accommodation may be charged to you.

7. Limitation of liability

Travelbudie acts as a travel organiser and booking agent for many services provided by third parties such as hotels, transporters, and activity operators.

We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, accident, or inconvenience caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, government actions, or supplier failure.
Our liability, where applicable under Indian law, is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected booking.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in India.

8. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Website use

Content on our website (text, images, prices, itineraries) is for information only and may be updated without notice.
You may not copy, scrape, or misuse our content or systems for commercial purposes without our permission.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Bookings already confirmed remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time of confirmation, unless a change is required by law.
