Kedarnath Yatra Package

Kedarnath, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and among the holiest shrines of Lord Shiva, sits at roughly 3,583 meters in the Garhwal Himalayas — part of the revered Char Dham Yatra and one of Uttarakhand's most spiritually significant pilgrimages. The temple is reached on foot from Gaurikund, which connects by road to Rishikesh, Haridwar, Dehradun, and other Garhwal hill towns; daily buses and taxis run through the pilgrim season (roughly May to October), taking you as far as Sonprayag, from where shared jeeps cover the short stretch to Gaurikund and the trek begins. Since the 2013 disaster, all vehicles are restricted to Sonprayag, and the final approach to Kedarnath is completed on foot, by pony/palki, or by helicopter. The temple closes for around six months every winter and reopens each spring.
Before you travel, note that Kedarnath registration is mandatory for every pilgrim — whether trekking, on pony, or by helicopter — and it's completely free through the official Uttarakhand government portal. Read our complete Kedarnath registration guide for the full step-by-step process, documents needed, and checkpoint rules. Book this package with us and we'll help you through registration as part of your trip planning, so it's one less thing to sort out yourself.
