Itinerary
Day 1 • Haridwar – Sitapur or Sonprayag
Day 2 • Sitapur or Sonprayag – GauriKund – Kedarnath
Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. From there, drive towards Gaurikund which is 5.5 Km from there and after that you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. You can hire a doli or a horse for your trek (Cost Not Included). On arrival at Kedarnath, check-in to the camp for an overnight stay. Only basic accommodation/camp is available on a sharing basis, you can take meals at your own cost.
Reference to Helicopter service: Kindly Note: There will be some changes in the itinerary for those who are unable to get Heli service due the weather condition for visiting Kedarnath on day 02. The alternative programme for day 03 would be as follows:
Those who are unable to get Heli Service, for visiting the Kedarnath Temple, start the trek early in the morning of day 03 by pony/Doli/walk (approx 21 Kms one side), so that you can come back the same day by late evening.
Day 3 • Kedarnath – Gaurikund – Sitapur or Sonprayag
Day 4 • Sitapur or Sonprayag – Haridwar

Things to Know Before Travel
- Carry warm clothes, comfortable shoes, and a raincoat.
- Keep your ID proof, registration, and booking details handy.
- Pack essential medicines, a first-aid kit, and a water bottle.
- Carry a power bank, torch, and some cash for remote areas.
- Travel light, stay hydrated, and check the weather before your journey.
Booking
- You can make the payment by NEFT.
- UPI by scanning the any given QR CODE (Paytm, Gpay, Phonepe)
- Online Net banking payment / same bank ATM to ATM transfer.
- Cash Deposit in Company bank A/C No.
Payment Terms
- 30% booking amount of total land package cost to initiate a booking.
- 20 % of the total land package cost after receiving hotel confirmation vouchers.
- 50 % of the total land package cost can be paid on Arrival or before the start of the package.
Cancellation
- Cancellation Before 30 Days of Arrival: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- Cancellation Between 15 to 30 Days of Arrival: 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- Cancellation Between 7 to 14 Days of Arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival: No refund will be provided.
Note: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days.
