Deoban Trek - Weekend Trek in Uttarakhand

Deoban Trek also called God s Forest is in the peaceful hills of Chakrata. The way of this trek is through the kansar forest range, it makes it more special and beautiful. You’ll be welcomed by a host of Deodar trees that make up for beautiful forests on the trail, and this is how this small town gets its name.
Deoban Trek is a good weekend Trek from places like Delhi, Chandigarh and near by places.
In this trek you go through dense oak, deodar and pine forests to Vyas Shikhar, offering sweeping views of over Himalayan peaks like Nanda Devi.
The winters are pretty cold with snow and this trek falls under the easy-moderate trek. Bare the cold and be delighted as you take up the ascent to this campsite. Worth every bit of it!
