Gulabi Kantha is a pristine paradise located in the Garhwal Himalayas at an altitude of 12,143 feet. It is an ideal trek for those who love adventure and nature. The trail is surrounded by beautiful mountains like Bandarpunch, Kalindi Sirkala, Shivalik Mountains, and Chaukhamba Peak. Still an unexplored trail and unknown to many trekkers across the country, Gulabi Kantha leaves the trekkers speechless due to the lush meadows, rolling valleys, alpine pastures, and serene snow-clad mountains. The main attraction of this trek is the flora and fauna and the sunrise and sunset view over the Himalayas.

This place came to the attention of various news channels and they explored this wonderful place with the help of various locals. The existence of this place caught the attention of the ITBP, Matli (Indo-Tibetan Border Police) team to explore the place and decide if it could be considered for winter games like skiing.

Although this place has not been recognized, the beauty of this place lies in the huge variety of flora and fauna and the view of sunrise and sunset over the great Himalayas. Along with this, this place offers a lot of opportunities for adventure for the explorers who now appear around it.

This trek is like an orchestra with too many surprises along the way. It’s not easy to get to the top, but it’s quite an eye-opener for a beginner to watch the flow of the stream for the first time, walk among the snowy mountains and hear the echoes of the river. Everything is simply confusing and breathtaking.

The backdrop below the valley is the entrance to the imposing Rishi Gorge, once thought to be impenetrable. Gulling, Chitrakantha, and Tali camps are the main attractions of the trek. The trails leading from Tali Top to Kuari Pass give the impression of an entire alpine expedition as one passage through snow-covered terrain. For beginners, the Kuari Pass trek can be a fascinating experience as the trek involves rock climbing, walking through dense forests and snowy trek.
