Char Dham E‑pass / Registration
At present, Char Dham Yatra requires free online registration for every pilgrim; earlier “e‑pass” terminology used during Covid has now largely been merged into the standard QR‑based registration system.
Pilgrims can register and download their Yatra registration letter / QR code through the official Uttarakhand Char Dham portal (https://registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in), mobile app, or designated offline centres, and it is checked at multiple checkpoints on the route.
