Day 1Haridwar to Barkot

Your sacred Char Dham Yatra begins from Haridwar early morning, where the spiritual energy of the Ganges sets the tone for the journey ahead. After an early breakfast, you start driving towards Barkot, a peaceful hill town nestled on the banks of the Yamuna River.
The route takes you through scenic mountain roads, dense forests, and charming towns like Mussoorie, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas along the way. By evening, you arrive in Barkot and settle into your hotel, enjoying the calm mountain atmosphere as you rest for the night.

Day 2Barkot to Yamunotri to Barkot

Today is dedicated to the first dham, Yamunotri, the source of the sacred River Yamuna. After an early start, you drive to Janki Chatti, from where the trek to Yamunotri begins. You can choose to walk, hire a pony, or take a palanquin for the trek.
Upon reaching the temple, you offer prayers to Goddess Yamuna and take a holy dip in the Surya Kund, known for its hot water springs. After darshan, you trek back to Janki Chatti and drive to Barkot by evening, where you relax and stay overnight.

Day 3Barkot to Uttarkashi

After breakfast, you depart from Barkot and drive towards Uttarkashi, a sacred town nestled along the banks of the Bhagirathi River. The journey takes you through winding mountain roads, dense forests, and charming Himalayan villages, offering beautiful views throughout the drive. Upon arrival in Uttarkashi, you check into your hotel and later visit the renowned Kashi Vishwanath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The evening is free to relax and acclimatize in the peaceful surroundings.

Day 4Uttarkashi to Gangotri to Uttarkashi

An early morning drive takes you from Uttarkashi to Gangotri, the sacred origin of the holy River Ganga. The route follows the Bhagirathi River and presents breathtaking views of deep valleys, waterfalls, glaciers, and majestic Himalayan peaks. On reaching Gangotri, you perform rituals and seek blessings at the Gangotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Ganga. After darshan and time spent in prayer, you begin your return journey to Uttarkashi, arriving by evening for a restful overnight stay.

Day 5Uttarkashi to Phata

After breakfast, you proceed on a scenic yet long drive from Uttarkashi to Phata, an important base point for the Kedarnath pilgrimage. The journey passes through significant river confluences such as Devprayag and Rudraprayag, where the sacred rivers meet amidst dramatic mountain landscapes. The route offers a mix of lush valleys, riverside stretches, and rugged Himalayan terrain. By evening, you arrive in Phata, check into your hotel, and relax in preparation for the Kedarnath trek.

Day 6Phata to Sonprayag to Gaurikund to Kedarnath

Today marks the journey to Kedarnath, one of the most revered Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. You drive from Phata to Sonprayag early in the morning around 4:00- 4:30 a.m. to escape the crowd and then proceed to take the government run local shuttle from Sonprayag to Gaurikund at the cost of Rs. 50- Rs. 60 per person, the starting point of the Kedarnath trek. The trek, though challenging, is filled with breathtaking views of snow-covered peaks and flowing rivers. 
The total distance of the trek is 18-20 km. You can also opt for a horse, palquin, etc at your own cost. Palanquin is booked one day in advance and horses are readily available. 
On reaching Kedarnath, you visit the ancient Kedarnath Temple and experience the powerful spiritual energy of the place. After evening prayers, you settle into your accommodation for an overnight stay near the temple.

Day 7Kedarnath to Gaurikund to Sonprayag to Phata

After an early morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple, you begin your descent back to Gaurikund. The return trek offers a different perspective of the majestic landscape you crossed the previous day. From Gaurikund, you drive back via Sonprayag to Phata. By evening, you arrive at Phata and enjoy a well-deserved rest after the physically demanding yet spiritually rewarding Kedarnath experience.

Day 8Phata to Badrinath

This day involves a scenic drive from Phata to Badrinath, passing through the beautiful town of Joshimath and the lush valleys of the Alaknanda River. The journey reveals dramatic Himalayan scenery, with winding roads, river views, and snow-capped peaks. Upon reaching Badrinath, you check into your hotel and later visit the revered Badrinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The evening is spent soaking in the spiritual atmosphere of this holy town.

Day 9Badrinath Sightseeing and Badrinath to Rudraprayag

The morning begins with Badrinath temple darshan with holy dip in the sacred Tapt Kund and local sightseeing in Badrinath, including visits to Mana Village, the last Indian village near the Indo-Tibetan border, Bhim Pul, Vyas Gufa. After completing sightseeing, you start your drive towards Rudraprayag. The route offers stunning views of river confluences and mountain landscapes. By evening, you reach Rudraprayag, check into your hotel, and rest for the night.

Day 10Rudraprayag to Haridwar

In the final day of your Char Dham Yatra, you drive from Rudraprayag back to Haridwar. On the way you are going to visit Dhari Devi Temple, Dhari Devi Temple is traditionally considered the guardian or protector of the Char Dham Yatra. You are also going to witness the famous Devprayag Sangam, where Alaknanda and Bhagirathi merge together to form the Holy Ganga. The journey retraces the spiritual path along the rivers and valleys of Uttarakhand, offering time for reflection on the sacred experiences of the past days. You are also going to witness the Evening Aarti at Triveni Ghat in Rishikesh. By late evening, you arrive in Haridwar, marking the completion of your spiritually enriching and unforgettable Char Dham pilgrimage.

  • Cancellation Before 30 Days of Arrival: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted.

  • Cancellation Between 7 to 14 Days of Arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
