Do Dham Yatra consists of two holy shrines, Kedarnath and Badrinath.  

Kedarnath temple, located on the bank of Mandakini River at an altitude of 3584m is part of Chardhams, Panch Kedar and 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva in India.  

Badrinath temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, is located at an elevation of 3100 m on the banks of Alaknanda River. It is also one of the 108 Divya Desams dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Temple is located between two mountain peaks, Nar and Narayana.  

Both shrines are located in the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand.  

The journey begins in Haridwar and goes through the pilgrim cities of Rishikesh, Devprayag, and Rudraprayag.  

Enroute, we also have Dhari Devi temple, located on the banks of the Alaknanda River between Srinagar and Rudraprayag, dedicated to Goddess Kali, who is worshipped as the guardian of the Chardham shrines.
